Internal Layouts

Following a sketch proposal being chosen at the previous stage, we then progress your internal plans to incorporate technical building information and any requirements for application submissions. The aim at this stage is make your proposed house extension buildable and not just a pretty picture.

External Elevations

During and after the internal plans are updated, we then progress your external design to also incorporate technical building information and any requirements for application submissions. The aim at this stage is to also make your proposed house extension buildable and not just a pretty picture.
Detailed Design - Step 3

Construction Details

Once the overall internal and external plans are complete, we produce construction details of the building at a large scale to show how the building will actually go together. These technical drawings will be used by your builder to understand the method of construction.

Building Specification

Finally we write a specific building specification in great detail indicating construction materials, sizes, performance and methods to allow your builder to know what to order during construction.
