information is added to the detailed design to allow accurate cost
planning. A list of pre-approved builders are agreed and then all
design information is issued with a form of tender requesting fixed
building quotations within a deadline. The selected local builders
will arrange an appointment within the deadline to view your home
and ask any relevant questions. The returned completed quotations
are then presented to you for discussion prior to P4B Extend
negotiating further discounts on your behalf. Once you are happy
with a specific builder and quotation you can progress to the next
stage of completing a builder contract.
